Brisbane Roar have won the right to host the city’s first ever Hyundai A-League grand final following a dramatic 2-2 draw against Central Coast Mariners in the second leg of the major semi-final.
Brisbane will host the Hyundai A-League grand final on Sunday 13 March at Suncorp Stadium, with kick-off at 4pm.
Brisbane Roar finished the premiership season in style, becoming the first team to go through a Hyundai A-League season without losing at home after a record-breaking run of 25 unbeaten games.
Having finished in prime position on the ladder at the end of the regular season, Brisbane played the second-placed Mariners over two legs and earned the right to host this year’s Hyundai A-League grand final.
